Recommended Use

Helps to alleviate menopausal symptoms, enhance memory in adults, support healthy mood balance during menopause and emotional aspects of sexual health.

Directions

Adult women (19 years and older) - Take 1 capsule, 3 times per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Do not take immediately before going to bed. Ask a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks. Periodic intervals of abstinence (2 week breaks before continuing) is recommended for long-term use.

Cautions & Warnings

Do not use if • you are pregnant • you are breastfeeding • you are attempting to conceive unless you have consulted with a healthcare practitioner • you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation such as blood thinners, fish oil, acetylsalicylic acid or vitamin E. Ask a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a medical condition including • high blood pressure • clotting disorder • liver disorder •  bipolar spectrum disorder • any psychological disorder such as frequent anxiety or depression. Ask a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking any medication including medications for • diabetes • high blood pressure • seizures • antidepressants • hormone medications such as progesterone preparations • oral contraceptives • hormone replacement therapy. Ask a healthcare practitioner if • you develop symptoms of liver trouble • symptoms persist or worsen. Stop use if • hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
