Directions

Adults (19 years and older) -Mix 1 scoop in 250mL water, 1 to 2 times per day. Take with food to avoid digestive upset. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Avoid taking before bedtime. Ask a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 1 month.
